NowBench is a specialist ServiceNow partner founded on a simple conviction: platform investment should produce value people can see, and the experienced people should stay close to the work.

Our story

NowBench was founded by two former cofounders of ITOM Solutions, bringing years of hands on experience across ServiceNow ITOM, data and operations into a new, deliberately focused consultancy.

We built NowBench around what we saw working, and not working, in enterprise ServiceNow delivery. Large delivery pyramids dilute expertise. Customisation first design creates platforms that are expensive to change. Value that cannot be pointed at eventually gets questioned. So we do the opposite: small senior teams, standard first design and outcomes anchored to things customers can measure.

Today NowBench delivers for enterprise customers across the United Kingdom, India and wider EMEA, from CSDM adoption and CMDB remediation through Event Management, AIOps and ITAM to practical ServiceNow AI.
